Putting Menopause on the Map

The Chautauqua Community House, 301 Morning Glory Dr, Boulder, CO 80302
3-Part Series
The Putting Menopause on the Map series brings back our sellout three-night experience for those who are hoping to gain a foundational understanding of all things menopause. We will discuss the biological and physiological impact of menopausal symptoms, treatment options, mental health, sexual health, movement and exercise and metabolic health levers.
This isn't another lecture from an out-of-town influencer—it's an intimate, irreverent, individualized experience with providers you can actually see for care after the event ends. We’ll feature local physicians, therapists, nutrition and fitness experts who make complex menopause science clear, human, and (yes) surprisingly fun. Expect candid conversations, humor, community, and a deeply validating environment where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to advocate for themselves. The series blends education with connection, helping every attendee build the habits and identity that support a vibrant, healthy future.
