Landrey Fagan, MD
PRIMARY CARE AND WOMEN’S HEALTH
Dr. Fagan is a physician with over 16 years of experience, dedicated to women's health and comprehensive primary care. Her journey in medicine began during graduate school, inspired by the methodologic errors and the fallout from the cancellation of the Women's Health Initiative trial, which led her to write a thesis as a counterpoint on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and its beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. This experience sparked her lifelong passion for understanding hormones' impact on wellness.
Choosing Family Medicine allowed Landrey to provide integrated care for both men and women. Following residency she pursued a fellowship in Obstetrics & High-Risk Pregnancy, board certification in addiction medicine, and menopause management certification from the North American Menopause Society (NAMS). Since residency Landrey has worked primarily in Federally Qualified Health Centers committed to providing high-quality care for vulnerable populations.
Over time, Landrey observed that many women are forced to seek specialized care outside the mainstream system—separate clinics for hormone therapy, naturopathic services, and weight management all separate from their primary care. This is partly due to insurance constraints but also stems from women feeling misunderstood or dismissed in standard healthcare settings.
In response, Landrey is opening her own clinic to offer a unified, personalized approach, combining primary care, hormone replacement therapy, optimal weight management and more advanced testing to optimize longevity and healthspan. Her mission is to deliver whole-person care that meets all of her patients' health goals.
